Learning Gratitude

  4 and 5   February

Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.

Students of Classes 4 and 5 discussed the concept of Learning Gratitude. They were asked to make cards and deliver speech expressing their gratitude towards their loved ones. They were taught to be thankful to their peers in class, grandparents at home and the aunties and bus drivers.

The activity aimed to cultivate gratitude on a regular basis.
